Legal Form
The Wings of Hope Germany is an ecclesiastical foundation with legal capacity under civil law according to articles 21 and 1 (paragraphs 1 and 2) of the Bavarian Foundation Act. It was founded in 2003 and is based in Munich.
The Wings of Hope Germany Foundation, as a non-profit organization, fulfills the legal requirements according to §§ 51, 59, 60 and 61 of the German Tax Code (AO), as determined by the Munich Tax Office, Department for Corporations, on November 10, 2022 (decision according to § 60a (1) AO).
Foundation supervision is exercised by the Regional Church Council of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria.
