Legal Form
The Wings of Hope Foundation Germany is a church foundation with legal capacity under civil law within the meaning of Art. 21 and Art. 1 para. 1 and 2 of the Bavarian Foundation Act. It was founded in 2003 and is based in Munich.
As a non-profit charitable organization, the Wings of Hope Foundation Germany fulfills the following requirements according to the Munich tax office, Dept. Corporations, dated 10.11.2022 (notification in accordance with Section 60a (1) AO) the statutory requirements in accordance with Sections 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO.
Foundation supervision is exercised by the Regional Church Council of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria.
